The New Kid

The new kid liked to wear sunglasses like these, so we decided to name a pair after him. He's not really the "new" kid anymore though. He's been one of friends for close to a decade. But some names just stick, you know? Even when he's old and gray, he'll always be the new kid to us! The old, new kid.
