Lemon Curd

Lemons make everything taste fresh. The taste is a perfect combination of sweet and sour that it has so many versatile uses. My favorite way to use lemon is on someone's cut. When someone falls down and is bleeding go ahead and squeeze some lemon juice on them. They will scream in pain and you will fall over laughing because its hysterical.
