Highlight

Highlighter yellow is one of the brightest colors known to man. Sure, this isn't backed my science but it's backed by fact. I mean, just look at something that is pure white and compare it to highlighter yellow. They highlight will always win. I bet you if you were to ask Neil DeGrasse Tyson himself he would agree with me.
