Herring with Whipped Cream

Have you ever tried herring with whipped cream? It might sound odd, but one of our friends swears it's a delicious dish. Then again, this is the same guy who suggested eating pickles with our ice cream. He definitely thinks outside of the box when it comes to food, but sometimes we'd rather just stay safely in the box.
