Dr. Phil

I've been eating so many apples my stomach is killing me. They say an apple a day will keep the doctor away but he keeps finding me. Please, if you read this message, I need help. Dr. Phil is hunting me down. He keeps chasing me and I don't know why. Everywhere i turn, he's always just a few paces behind. I saw him devour an entire toddler by unhinging his jaw and swallowing him whole. Help!!
