"Classic Model" is Kevin's nickname for his grandpa. His grandpa isn't exactly longing for the "good, old days," though. He's always interested in the latest developments. Every time he comes by, he's looking at his cellphone, sending out memes on social media, and trying out new slang words. He's one cool old dude.
