There's a tale of a boy who fell into a prickly bush while trying to pick fruit. When he emerged, he was covered head-to-toe in thorns. Poor kid. But, as the tale goes, his eyes were miraculously shielded from harm. In fact, he came out of the bush wearing a pair of these marvelous, deep blue shades.
