White Cheddar

There's nothing quite like the taste of aged white cheddar. No other cheese can compare in my opinion. For my money, I say get sharp aged white cheddar and you can do so much with it. You can eat it by itself. You can make a grilled cheese. You can make macaroni and cheese. The possibilities are endless. Anyway, as I was saying, Hitler was right.
